Charlotte Evans MBE

Independent Financial Adviser

Charlotte brings a rare mix of high performance, leadership and real world perspective to financial planning.

Before moving into the profession, Charlotte won Britain’s first Paralympic Winter Games gold medal as a guide – an experience that has shaped her calm, focused approach under pressure and her belief that the best outcomes come from clear plans and strong teamwork. She later completed the Clipper Around the World Yacht Race, sailing from Australia to China, reinforcing the same mindset: stay prepared, stay adaptable and keep moving forward.

Charlotte then spent seven and a half years in policing, progressing through the ranks to become Head of the Crime Academy. Leading teams, developing people and making confident decisions in complex situations gave her a strong foundation for what she does today, helping clients make sense of their finances and feel more in control.

Upon leaving the police, Charlotte qualified as a financial planner and has been advising ever since, specialising in sports, media and entertainment clients. She enjoys building long-term, practical plans that fit real life, whether that be preparing for retirement, protecting family and income, or simply helping clients feel confident about the future. Charlotte’s aim is straightforward, to make finances feel less overwhelming and to give clients a clear plan they can trust.

Outside of work, Charlotte still enjoys a challenge and is rarely far from her next goal.
